Flat Blue 3D Animated Cursors
A collection of Flat Blue 3D Animated Cursors to make your desktop more interesting. They work with Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000 and all true or high color video setups. Focus Genie
Make any window stay on Top, automatically sets the focus of an application as your mouse passes over it. To disable Focus Genie, just hit Ctrl-Shift-F and hit Ctrl-Shift-F again to enable it. If you would like an application to Stay on Top then just hit Ctrl-Shift-T to stop it from Staying on Top just Ctrl-Shift-T again.
Folder Cache
Lists the recently used and favorite folders in open/save dialog windows and Windows Explorer.
You can access this list by pressing the Folder Cache button, which appears in most "Open..."/"Save..." windows
near the "Folder" listbox, or with right mouse click in Windows Explorer.
Now you can make alias for folders in Favorite List, set whether to show original folder icons in folders list or not, open Folder Cache through the system tray icon.
Folder Express
Folder Express helps you instantly jump to your frequently used folders in Windows Explorer, folder windows, Browse Folder dialogs or Open/Save File dialogs. Add your favorite folders to Folder Express and it will show them in a menu. You can easily open the menu in several ways with mouse or keyboard. Click a menu item and you are in the folder. You need not move through all the drives and folders and sub-folders to go where you want any more.

Folder Password Expert is a security software program that lets you restrict access to the folders that contain your sensitive data. Secure your documents to prevent people from viewing, printing, or altering them. The folder can be protected simply by right-clicking on it within Windows Explorer. Folder Password Expert will both secure your folders against accidental deletion and prevent other users from copying them.

FolderBox is an free extension for Windows Explorer. It displays additional folders in the lower part of Explorer, which enables you to display the contents of two or more folders at once! Within a FolderBox you can copy and move, open and delete files, just as usual. FolderBox supports the typical drag&drop handling of files. It is fully interoperable with "standard" Explorer or the desktop. You can even use FolderBox inside Internet Explorer!
FolderWatch
Unlike other backup program that will run only on demand or at defined schedule, Folder Watch guards your files all the time.
Folder Watch does this by monitoring a given number of folders on your hard drive like your Windows folder or your My Documents' folder, etc. It keeps polling these as long as the computer is on. Any time a change is detected, Folder Watch will automatically make a backup copy and place it in a designated folder.
Fomine Messenger

Fomine NetSend
Fomine NetSend is a package that contains two utility tools.
This first tool NetSend.exe is a console application with a parameter set similar to NET SEND (distributed with Microsoft Windows NT/2002/XP). But unlike NET SEND, this application works with all Windows versions.
The second utility tool NetSendGUI.exe has a simple and user-friendly visual interface.
Fomine Observer
Fomine Observer is an alternative to the Windows Messenger Service (Windows NT/XP). Unlike the Messenger Service it has a convenient interface. You can also run Fomine Observer on Windows 98/ME.
Fomine Observer can be used with WinPopup to perform one-way messaging. For example, this type of communication can be used by network administrators who would like to keep their users informed (while the users could not communicate with each other).
