Benchmark 3.0 is a utility from Quartus Handheld Software that will tell you just how fast your Palm Powered handheld is, relative to other models. It's small and free, and written entirely on-board a Palm handheld using the Quartus Forth on-board compiler!
CPUSpy
CPUSpy tests your processor and using an internal database of most common CPUs, displays CPUID data such as cache details, processor features and processor name (if supported) in a easy to read tabbed format. CPUSpy can also measure your current CPU speed in MHz, Windows Up-Time, IP address, Window Version, plus drive and memory status. In addition, CPUSpy has a cache speed test and all data can be saved in a HTML report file.

Emsa PC FlexInfo is a system information and diagnstics utility. What it does is, gathering system information data, also benchmark (CPU Speed test), and network info (IP and host lookup, Ping tool). It also shows realtime stats on items like CPU and memory load. The system information data is presented as text so it can be copied and pasted into documents. This program was designed with simplicity in mind, but usefulness for the user.Freeware.
HSLAB Sys Monitor Pro
HSLAB Sys Monitor is a real-time monitoring and statistics tool that allows you to keep an eye on a specific system performance value.
